Cancellation Policy 

 

At Boldweavez, operated by Maxbright Attire Solutions Private Limited, we are committed to providing a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. In this document, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Maxbright Attire Solutions Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to our valued customers. We understand that shopping decisions may change, and you might need to cancel an order. This policy explains the process for cancellations. 

Order Cancellation Before Shipment 

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever occurs first. 

     
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email. 

     
  • If eligible, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 
     

Orders Already Shipped 

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. 

Order Modification 

We do not currently support modifications to items or shipping addresses once an order is placed. In such cases, the order must be cancelled (if eligible), and a new order may be placed.
