By making a purchase through our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding returns and refunds. Should your order need to be returned, our policy is designed to guide you clearly through the process. 

Eligibility for Returns 

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. 

     
  • Tags, labels, and boxes must be returned in their original form. 

     
  • Products that have been worn, altered, or cleaned are not eligible for return. 

     
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service team. 

     
  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. 
     

How to Initiate a Return 

Step 1: Submit a Request 
Email your return request, including your Order ID and reason for return, to maxbrightattirepvtltd@gmail.com. 

Step 2: Provide Supporting Photos 
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photos for faster resolution. 

Step 3: Follow the Instructions 
Once your request is approved, we will share the return process details with you. 

Please note: We reserve the right to decline returns that do not comply with our guidelines. 

Refund Process & Timeline 

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the return requirements. 

     
  • You will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. 

     
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 

     
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed. 
     

Partial Refund Guidelines 

If an item partially meets the return conditions (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), we may issue a partial refund at our discretion. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products 

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide clear photos or videos of the issue via email so we can resolve it quickly.
