Shipping Locations 

We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. At present, we do not provide international shipping. 

Processing Time 

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of confirmation. 

     
  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with complete details. 
     

Delivery Timeline 

Our standard shipping typically takes 3–8 business days, ensuring your orders are delivered promptly and reliably. 

Failed Delivery Attempts 

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal of the order, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request a re-delivery in such cases. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments 

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. 

     
  • In the event of a lost shipment, a replacement or refund will be issued after verification with our courier partner.
